Arriving in Israel

Dear friends and family,

We have made it safely to Israel! How amazing it is to finally be in the land that Jesus walked. Our flights went well, and we met a lot of amazing people along the way. When we got to Emmaus this morning we were greeted by the Community of the Beatitudes members, and Nick, one of our pilgrims that arrived last night. We will have three more pilgrims joining us in the next couple days.

We just finished lunch and are off to do chores with the community, adoration, take a nap, and get settled in. We will spend the next week getting to know each other, learning about the Hebrew language, praying, reading about the places we will be going, and helping out at the community house.

We are so excited to begin this journey! Please be praying for us as we are on this pilgrimage, and we will be praying for you!
